Project Background
The Glamping in Goloshubikha project is located on land plots along the Volga River with panoramic views and significant elevation changes. The client aimed to create a year-round recreational destination combining glamping, public spaces, and hospitality functions. The natural relief and landscape became the key factors shaping the architectural and planning concept.
Floor Plan
The master plan follows the natural slope from the entrance area to the riverfront. The territory includes a public event zone, glamping accommodation area, scenic eco-trails, and a waterfront space. Functional zones are connected by pedestrian routes and visual links, forming a continuous landscape sequence adaptable to seasonal use.
Project Aerial View
The visualization shows a viewing platform overlooking the Volga River and the glamping territory. Located in the entrance zone, this space is open to local residents and visitors. It is designed as a public recreational and walking area, offering panoramic views and a comfortable place for rest, observation, and social interaction.
Renderings (Except Aerial View)
The visualization presents the reception and restaurant zone, functioning as the administrative center of the entire hospitality complex. The panoramic restaurant is located in the central part of the glamping area, surrounded by accommodation units. Extensive glazing opens views toward the landscape, creating a visual connection between the interior, the territory, and the Volga River.
