Project Background
LO'LOAT-ALMADINA Commercial Complex. I designed This project for Al-Awtad-Almoutatawera Company. It consists of five interconnected buildings forming a commercial complex for commercial and administrative luxury offices, on area of 2 hectares. It has 41 offices, each of them consisting of three floors. Each office equipped with restroom, stair, and a private elevator. Includes 300 underground and aboveground parking lots.

Master Plan
A master plan provides a conceptual layout to the project and its buildings. It details the connection between buildings on the ground floor level
Exterior Renderings
the master plan has high interview to the main streets, on-street and in complex parking.
Floor Plan
The plan was planned and designed to allow high accessibility for users. Providing them worship area and large walk sides.
Elevation Plan
The design idea was based on providing more privacy, local service, high accessibility, integration with visual view and big facade. it of the 41 office has showroom, open office area, and meeting spaces in three floors.
