Project Background
This project in Bukavu, stands out with its four elegantly designed levels, each fully taking advantage of the natural beauty of Lake Kivu. The inspiration for this creation stems from the idea of capturing and enhancing the raw beauty of Lake Kivu. The terraces symbolize stages of observation and contemplation, while adding a refined urban touch. The bold openness evokes the warm welcome and hospitality of Bukavu's inhabitants, while affirming a modern and forward-looking vision of the city.

Its multiple terraces, strategically positioned on each floor, offer breathtaking panoramic views, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the harmony between architecture and landscape.
The faade is open and bold, a true visual signature of the project. Large glass windows and structures with modern lines invite natural light and blur the boundaries between the interior and exterior. The materials used, such as glass, wood, and local bricks, reflect a subtle harmony between innovation and respect for the eenvironment
Floor Plan
The functional organization of the spaces has been meticulously designed to balance aesthetics and practicality. The ground floor features a sculpted living room with a mezzanine on the upper level, as well as an open-plan kitchen with an American-style mini-bar.
