Project Background
This project is a 750 m² restaurant in Bethlehem, designed with a focus on simplicity, warmth, and natural materials. The interior features a clean palette of soft neutral tones complemented by natural wood surfaces, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The spatial layout balances openness with intimacy, offering a functional dining experience while keeping the design elegant and minimal. The result is a modern yet timeless environment.
Floor Plan
The floor plan organizes the restaurant into clear, functional zones while keeping circulation fluid. The main dining area is centrally located, flanked by private rooms for more intimate gatherings. A curved bar anchors the social core, visually connecting the dining spaces with the lounge area. The kitchen and service areas are strategically placed for efficiency, with direct access to storage and staff facilities.
