Project Background
The proposed residence is located on a moderately sized rectangular plot in Kibada, within the growing suburban district of Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam. The site benefits from good access via an existing tarmac road and is bordered by lush vegetation and maturing residential developments. The orientation and landscape respond thoughtfully to the warm tropical climate and local context.
