Project Background
The Stylish & Elegant Villa Design
The site is located in Cit Notre-Dame, Tunis, within a residential district characterized by large plots, landscaped gardens, and detached villas. The existing building, outlined in red, is an older villa positioned toward the southern edge of the plot, with a garden occupying the northern portion.
Although the structure still occupies a prime location, the client has requested its demolition to make way for a new contemporary residence. The future design will aim to meet modern living requirements and architectural ambitions while fully leveraging the site’s orientation, scale, and surrounding greenery.

Axis Guided by Horizontality
Balancing refinement and elegance, the design mixes genres and materials for a controlled originality. Spaces are carefully optimized for both function and spatial experience.
In a remarkable natural setting, this 490 m² home fulfills the owners’ vision. Set on a 1,200 m² plot, it explores a refined interplay of volumes, each space conceived as an architectural echo, harmonizing aesthetics and daily life.
Floor Plan
Ground Floor Plan – SC 1:500
Conceived in a contemporary spirit, the villa balances privacy and conviviality. The plan places living and dining areas near the entrance, opening to a south-facing pool terrace. The central dining room frames views toward both garden and patio, enhancing spatial depth. To the southwest, a children’s bedroom enjoys a secluded terrace, combining intimacy with direct outdoor access.
Floor Plan – SC 1:500
A north-facing patio defines the massing, introducing a private garden that visually connects to the entrance hall and circulation areas through transparency. The sleeping quarters, distinct from the living spaces, host three en-suite bedrooms, including a master suite and a children’s room with a south terrace. Access to the basement and courtyard is discreetly concealed behind a wall.
