Project Background
The design sits on the slopes of a hill and is oriented to face both Lake Nakuru and the mountains at a 45-degree angle, which is the basic idea behind the design. The slope allows for the creation of a basement that has spaces such as a theatre/cinema room, bar room and relaxation terraces. It also guides the idea behind the stepped planter system, which takes advantage of the slope for the different plantings, trees, planter finishes, etc.
