Additionally, I am planning to build a new residence on an undeveloped lot situated at 3970 Llano Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95407. My goal is to construct a one or two-story home with a budget of $1,800,000. I intend to initiate the project soon, with an expected duration of 8 to 10 months.
