Design Description:
I want to build an event center and black of flat on it. I will send you a design drawing for both the event center and the block of flats on the same land.(check in the attachment). Please check and study this plan, so that we can redesign. One building is for center, another one is the residential house. Each one is 2 floors, but 2 floors are roughly same, just small change, so it can just need to design 1 floor of each building, then applied and change a little bit to another floor. Design budget 500 usd.
