I want to build a villa in my local village on a mountain top. 30 metres lenght by 40metres width, traditional land. Like taking 200 sqm for building the house, 2 floors will be 400 sqm. Also u can give ur ideas. 5 bedrooms, self contained with a swimming pool, a helipad. Large living room, with kitchen and dinning area. A conference room. Two floors. The top floor should have a wide balcony for lookout, a party area and bar....away with 5 single rooms ( 3 self contained, 2 with shared showers. The villa should also be designed and built for pleasure tourism, including birdwatching, digital nomads, bushtrackers, relious retreat etc. The villa should serve as the centrifuge of a tropical bush resort I want a modernism villa type. Design budget around 400 usd.
