Design Description:
Hello, I’m a real estate developer and architect based in Thailand. I’ve recently completed the design of a four-villa residence and am now looking for a skilled 3D artist to produce high-quality, hyper-realistic interior/exterior/3D floorplan renders that align with the attached style reference. There are three distinct villa types in total: Two identical four-bedroom villas (200sqm each) Two unique three-bedroom villas (162sqm each) I will require approximately 8–10 interior renders per villa type, as well as 3–5 overall site overview renders to showcase the project in context. For added realism, I can send drone photos of the actual site, which can be used as background or reference for the surrounding environment. I would also like a 30seconds video (details to be discussed together next week). Please let me know if you need any additional files or information to begin. I also have a collada and Vectorworks file if that helps. There is also a previous iteration of the project with 3D renders that are not good enough but also more information on the surrounding.
