we are developing a resort hotel that meet the require comfort and desire most of all. we have 217800 square feet，about 5 acres, but I will be using 130680 square feet of the land to developing this hotel. The project hasn't start as yet, now we need an architectural pre-conceptual design to help us get permission and investment, International designers would be great. It will be a local a new brand， 3 floors multiple uildings , and I want it to be more of a 5star luxury hotels，The entire budget for the project would be 200 million.
