Design Description:
I plan to build a house on this 14,555 sm sloping land. Program is a 12,000 sf two storey house (plus 35 condos later), relooking the best view in Guam. Feel like surrounded by houses when standing at the gate The house will have two wings with one wing with high ceiling for entertaining function that opens to the outdoor pool and BBQ. The middle porting is greeting area and the other wing is two stories ( but looks symmetrical from outside) is the residential portion of the house. 10 bedrooms, 2 floors, I am making it a home+ office, 3 office rooms. My executive office, My assistant, One meeting room 8 car garage in the back of the building( no garage doors can be seen from front of building). And a guest house/ tennis court in the back Budget is no big issue. The design fee 800-1000 USD.
