Design Description:
The total area land space is 1548.040 square metres, Let me use 40ft by 100ft. Ground floor 10 rooms, first floor 10 rooms and second floor 10 rooms. 30 rooms ensuite with a kitchen, toilet and bath and a balcony throughout the entire process. All rooms are standard rooms, the first floor and second floor will carried a cantilever to be able to get more space at the top, the rooms upstairs will be larger than the ground floor. Just need to design 1 floor, cuz they are almost the same layout design for other 2 floors. Let's do 400k naira please (about 260 usd).
