Design Description:
3 storey apartment building. 80 x 100ft, 6000 sqft for the apartment, left 2000 sqft for the pool (Pool size of 10 × 14ft.), landscape and a space for parking lot. On each floor I want to have 2 bedroom apartment 2 units, 1 bedroom apartment 2 units, and studio apartment 1 unit. for renting use it for air BNB. Each bedroom must have it own bathroom and toilet. 3 storey in the same layout, just need to design 1 floor, then it can apply to other floors, it more easier to go with. The design fee 400 USD. First I need to know the scope of design.
