Length 75 feet & width 31 feet. Constitution will be within 62 feet X 26 feet. Building design will be for G+7, Ground floor parking. Everey floor have 2 unit, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen. 1 bathroom will be attached with room, Another common. But only 4th floor will be single unit. Just need to design ground floor parking+1 floor+4th floor, then it can apply to all floors. East ( Width 31 feet) & West has Road (Width 31 feet). Have to 1 lift. Design fee 300-400 USD. Bangladeshi designer will be good for me.
