Design Description:
I’m currently looking for an experienced architect to help improve the floor plan I’ve developed. The plan already includes our key needs, but I want a professional review to enhance its usability, comfort, and design.（Pls Just email contect or call me not use whatsapp） Here’s what I’m aiming for: Review the existing 2D floor plan and provide suggestions to improve space flow, especially the living room, reception, kitchen, and sleeping areas. Propose functional improvements, particularly in the circulation, comfort, and zoning between public and private spaces. We don’t prefer a fully open kitchen, but we’re open to smart semi-open solutions if they improve the feel and flow. Kitchen is used heavily and must remain practical. Evaluate the courtyard layout: Suggest if it’s best used for a main pool, a small kids' pool with connected seating, or something like a sunken lounge or water feature. Review and redesign the front elevation in a clean, modern minimalist style. Shading elements for the west-facing faade are especially important—for both heat control and aesthetic impact. Help with overall furniture arrangement and lighting suggestions to improve practicality and comfort, including bathroom layouts and washing areas. Deliverables: Revised 2D floor plan with suggested improvements 3D front elevation Furniture and lighting layout suggestions Any ideas for enhancing the courtyard use Notes: We value function over pure aesthetics, but we believe a beautiful home should also be practical—comfortable daily living is the priority. The design must reflect a calm, thoughtful environment—think more hotel-like in feel, comfort, and smooth spatial experience. Process: To ensure the direction is right from the start, I would like to see a rough concept or sketch of your improvement ideas first, before fully committing.
