Looking to build a Bali style villa in Mozambique. The soil is beach sand and the house needs to be built on stilts. Build will be primarily wood. The ground floor will be 4 bedrooms 4x6 with 2 meter deck infront and 4x8 deck to the right. Upstairs the kitchen. lounge dining and entertainment will be 10 x 12 it needs to be set back with a deck in front and to the right if that makes sense You can check the house i prefer in the attachment, design fee 200-300 USD.
