Factory to be built on a 75m24m plot with a) oil extraction area 1015 b) refinery 18*10 c) a 20,000L and a 50,000L storage tank outside of the 2 processing plants above d) raw material storage 400sqm e) finished goods storage of 300sqm f) if adequate consider office space, chanfe rooms. Taking half the land (900sqm) for building the factory. Prefer the local designer, design fee 300-350 usd.
