"My house is on the roadside with three shops and a gate. The gate leads to a porch area that's congested and can't fit a car, only 1-2 bikes. The ground floor has 4 rooms, a dining hall/TV lounge, kitchen, and washrooms. The first floor has 4 rooms, 2 washrooms, kitchen, TV lounge, and terrace. I want to demolish and rebuild the house with: 1. Three equal-sized shops with good design 2. A gate with a slide that's long and wide enough for cars to pass through 3. A larger porch area that can fit 2-3 cars 4. A good terrace 5. Ground floor: - 4-5 spacious bedrooms with combined washrooms - 1 kitchen - 1 drawing room/meeting hall - 1 TV lounge with good design 6. First floor: - 6 spacious bedrooms with combined washrooms - 1 dining hall - 1 kitchen - 1 drawing room/meeting hall - 1 TV lounge with good design - Good staircase design and terrace The bedrooms should be spacious and not congested, with good natural light and ventilation. The TV lounges and drawing rooms should have a good design and ambiance." Old area is about 4000 sqft. my design fee is about 1 lacs to 1.5 lacs pkr. Prefer local designer
