I need the design for Shopping complex. All the area under building and constrol line, 3212sqm. I cannot build anything on open space and amenities. And anything beyond control line and building line. All the area need under building and control line. Currently want 2 floor. And with extensible feature.I can go max 8 floors. 1 st floor all Shops. And 2nd floor all, office space. Different sizes is what I want. I will be selling the shops.like I have 40 Booking for shops,3 banks. And 4 accountant offices. I am ok With any designer Any country. I want good design, That's important. Design fee 1000-3000usd.
