I am a contractor, just help my customer to find designer to do architectural design. The whole land is 50×50 feet=2500sqft=232.5sqm. Just need a small one.....normal size house. Building area pls plan for me, maybe 65sqm-100sqm is enough. I need a two bedroom house with a shared bathroom include kitchen and verandah.
