Design Description:
A resort hotel to be built on a 21500 SQM plot of land situated directly on the eastern coast of dead sea. The main hotel building is to consist the following: Hotel building to consist of 150 keys: 1. Double with king bed: 40 2. two bedroom suite, one king and one Hollywood twin: 80 3. three bedroom suite, one king, two Hollywood twin: 20 4. presidential suite, one king large room, one king smaller room, two Hollywood twin : 10 Initially, we think it could be a 3 floor building, yet we are flexible. We are also considering that the presidential suites to be of the type "stand alone with a private pool and private picnic area for gathering and BBQ. The proposal shall include all types of needed designs: Architectural, Civil, electromechanical, interior and furniture design, Landscape design (hard & soft), amenities, etc. We are considering design houses from China, India and local.
