Should have at least two swimming pools one on the roof top and one within the compound, a two bedroom servants quarter along the gate that should be at least 1 storey building... An open garage for at least 10 cars and a closed for two vehicles... A store.. A kitchen garden. Should have modern finishes which is a mixture of glass and stone exterior... A bar, a rest room, etc Design budget: 350000 Shilling, it is around 270 USD.
