Design Description:
I have the land with no exact rectangular shape, about have 5000 sq feet. Now I want to build a small shopping complex. We can cover 60 percent of total land and 3000 sq feet is the 60 percent of the land to build. The building is of 5 stories with underground parking, I need both the exterior deisgn and the interior design. It have all the necessacities, for office, and business, toilet bathroom lift electricity wates ans waste management with proper design. My main concern here in nepal is how can we pass the design through municiple office and physical field visit? Design budget: I will spend 150k nepali rupees for whole building design and design pass througn municiple of office. Both official tax and other cost for municiple all of my side.
