Design Description:
We have a 400 Square Meters lot size property with 17 meters frontage and a creek at the back of the property. We plan to built to build 3 units of townhouses with 4 storey. So each unit is approximately 450 Square Meters floor area total. 3 units townhouses in the same layout, maybe just slight design difference at the front so they don't look totally alike outside. Our idea is a bedroom at the ground floor for possible use by old people and can also be used as office space or study area if there's no old people in the family. Parking spaces for 4 vehicles. 2 bedrooms with toilet and bath on the second floor and also on the third floor. Family room on the fourth floor roof top. Designer can decide where to locate a clean kitchen and a dirty kitchen, living and dining areas and also servants quarter. 300-500 US$ is ok. How many revisions/improvements will be allowed ?
