Design Description:
Need flat, boys quarter and compound. You can check the plot information in the attachment. Where I indicate the arrow is the entrance of the plot. Front main villa then behind small simple villa, Main villa 6 bedrooms plus prayer room, cinema and Jim, Ground and first floor. Small villa for boys quarter only 3 rooms. My plot has some slop so I need raising foundation up to level, taking about 250 sqm for building the villas. Also Design fee 200USD.
