I need architecture design to get the land permission. Ground floor. 1. Reception 2. Waiting Lounge 3. Restaurants 4. Bar 5. Venue Hall 6. Two offices 7. Boutique First and 2nd floor a 15 rooms, 3 floors will contain two 2 presidential suites, and 8 more rooms and an executive open roof top bar. Exterior Features 1. Landscaping: Beautiful gardens, plants, and flowers to create a serene ambiance. 2. Parking: Ample parking space for guests, with designated parking for people with disabilities. 3. Entrance: Grand entrance. 4. Exterior Lighting: Attractive and energy-efficient lighting to highlight the hotel's architecture and create a warm ambiance. 5. Signage: Clear and prominent signage displaying the hotel's name and logo. 6. Outdoor Seating: Comfortable outdoor seating areas, such as a patio or courtyard, where guests can relax. 7.
