I got the land aready ,i have 4 hectares of land i planing to take some of to build a hotel ,this is my first time to develop a hotel ,need your professional design advice It is a State Lease land subleased for this hotel development The location is a major transit point in the country Major transit point for rotational workers for 7 x mine operations in the country Approximately 5000 workers transiting on a monthly bases.. It's close to an International airport. What are the IATA requirements for high rise buildings close to airports Location is an earthquake prone area so I want to keep it as low as 5 floors and below... we start with 130 rooms first，3 floors ,and restaurant ,conference room ,Full facilities of a standard modern hotel No budget restrictions. Work on your concept and let's see what the total CAPEX is .... And does your design fees include.. (1) Civil (2) Structural (3) Engineering Services - sewer, water, power, etc...
