I want to see a site plan and infrastructural plan for the available plot 1.4k hecters of land just 10kilometers from the capital city of Nigeria International Airport. (1) They are going to be only 100 homes, houses in lush city. These houses are going to sit on 3 hecters of land each.It is the land owner that will build the kind of houses he or she wishes. It's definitely not a regular kind of house. It must be homes with nothing less than 15 rooms, pools, courts, swimming pools, and other amenities. Conventional town homes do not have. A ranch is also expected in the home if needed (2) because it's going to be land sales that means site and services. Which means you buy and bring in your architect to build to your wish.We can also limit the owners of lands to architects provided by us. This will be included in the sales purchase agreements (SPA). All buyers will be signing (3) Do not worry about the infrastructural financing. We have off takers who are ready to invest, and funds are the least of the issue right now.
