A two level story building with 3 apartments on ground floor and another 3 apartments on the upper floor. I would provide the raw diagram and you could refine it please. The group floor 12 vertical columns with a space of 56ft x 49ft. Ground floor with 3 apartments consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. First or upper floor.3 apartments consisting of 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms and one 3 bathroom apartment with 3 bedrooms. And with a patio 14’x12’ in the front and 10’ x 20’ patio at the back. U can check the style I prefer in the attachment. Design fee 300 usd.
