Design Description:
I own 15.95*20.35=324.5square meters land in limbe cameroon and am planning to build a six storied apartments for hotel. But I've already done the foundation and the ground floor. I need architect to design the plan following the foundation plan and ground floor plan already to produce a 6floor story where I can have 3 apartments of 3 bedrooms apartments and 4 apartments of two bedrooms and 5 studios(small living room and one room) then the rest can be made single rooms. Attached are the floor plans I had my previous designer create and the foundation plan file. Please check. The whole apartment range : USD400000-500000
