Design Description:
land area 585.289 sq mt. The outside fassade is controlled the government (no need elevation). Internal design and concepts development is my requirement. 40-50 rooms Basement -for benquet. Ground floor - for restaurant food court commercials. First, Second and Third floor - for guest rooms and conference rooms. (same design, just need design one floor, then apply to others) Terrace roof top above Third floor- Open Air Restaurant with temporary collapsable structure to cover Car parking is extra. Open Parking. Check the control plan in the attachment. Design fee all depends on the calibre of the designer, if the Architect is good it's all fine. rough design fee 1000 usd.
