Design Description:
I have a quarter acre land. I want to build an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms (2 units each) configuration with carports. Make it 2 floors. For renting. 2 units each but in the same design, so just need to design 1 unit 2 bedroom (100sqm) and 1 unit 3 bedroom (150 sqm). Design fee 200usd sounds reasonable. Prefer local designers, local perhaps because they would be more familiar with our building codes etc.
