Project Brief – Commercial Building with Hotel & Restaurant Plot size: 26 ft width 72 ft length (approx. 175 sq. m / 1,884 sq. ft) Situated on NH Highway, Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh Current land use: Residential (to be converted to commercial) Overall Concept Development of a Ground + 3 Floor commercial building with basement parking. Ground Floor: Premium restaurant with reception area for hotel guests. First to Third Floors: Hotel accommodation.
