A 100 bedded hospital in Lucknow expendable to 200 beds. It will be an woman and child hospital with a strong infertility unit. Plot size 55000 sq ft. Taking 1500 sqm for building the hospital, basement 2 floors, Ground+4 floors, check the functional space for each floor in the attachment. My budget for construction is 25,00,000$, 3000$ ok for complete drawings. Preferably Indian designers.
