I own a peace of land located 10 kilometer away from the City Center, with 100meter width × 200meter length. I expect to build a Residential House with a basement , Groundfloor with 2 sitting Detached, open sitting Room outside on the veranda attached to an open kitchen, Dining Room, Kitchen with 2 stores, Visitors wing with 3 bed rooms self Contained, Boys and girls wings with self Contained roomed 3 bedroom @ wing. First floor, Master Bedroom with Open private sitting room attachment to kitchen, Bathroom,Dressing room and a Veranda. Third floor Laundry room and open space for Drying Clothes. Servant Quarters self Contained with outside Bathrooms and Toilets for Ladies and gentlemen, Laundry room. With a well Designed compounds, to meet the standards of the house. Just inform me your cost until the final stage, I need quality and attractive work. As well,include this: 1. Roof top with an open kitchen Bar simple for me and my wife. 2. Another side for drying clothes under the sunshine. 3. Design a compound to fit the standard of the House. Design price :200$ to 300$
