We require an architectural concept design and masterplan for a Specialized Factory Headquarters Complex on a 100-acre property. The development will be executed in phases, with Phase 1 utilizing 10 acres for the headquarters and dairy processing hub, while the remaining 90 acres will be reserved for future expansion into a modern industrial estate.
Phase 1 (10 Acres) – Headquarters & Processing Complex(Need phase design first )
