43 meters in length and 24 meters,12 floors we need the drawing to get the investment for now ,I mean just a picture of one complete floor of the 12 story. Then you draw the design of the whole building. 1. Then give me the artitechtural costs. 2. Then the material costs of the whole building. 3. And if necessary for any of your technical people to come with it etc...etc After you picture everything let me see a floor design with its features. Then I might decide to add or subtract something. Thank-you 12 floors 1-8 is office ,9-12 is the apartment , 12 unit 2 bdrooms in each floor each floor about 40–50 workstations,manager office ,and conference room ,and meeting room ,toilet You can give your approximate plan and budget depending on our conversation as per above.
