I own a land area of 840sqm and want to build two wings of: 1. 30m x 6m comprises of 3 stories. First Floor is 10 units (30/3m) 1 unit consist of floor size 18sqm (6mx3m x 2.7m) with 1 bed room, living room , kitchen and shower/toilet. The unit is standard every floor givim total of 30 units on the left wing and another 30 units on the right wing. Total of 60 units. all 60 units in the same design, 3 floors in the same design, just design 1 floors, it can apply to all rest floors.
