Design Description:
The Land is 0.095Ha, 950sqm, now I want to build a new house. From the back door you will walk first into an indoor washing area before you access the kitchen. Indoor washing area: Space for light washing,sink,washing machine etc. The rest of the ground floor has: semi open plan kitchen with a centre Island table and kitchen hood,Pantry, separate dining and sitting room, one bedroom ensuit and common washroom for guests. 1st floor: wing A. Master bedroom and the separate office. Descriptions: Spacious Master Bedroom with a seperate walk in closet and a separate bathroom space (Bathtub, shower cubicle and Toilet) next room is the office space. The masterbedroom balcony will be used as a mini lounge space with an outdoor table and 2 chairs and/ outdoor swinging chair. The office and masterbedroom are sharing a balcony that will be separated into two for privacy purposes. One can’t access the masterbedroom from the office and vice versa but you can wave at each other Wing B. Two bedrooms All ensuite with a shared balcony.
