Design Description:
10 bed Rooms for Top Floor & 10 for bottom floor. Thanks. You design it in a way that will cater for very important people. Can this number of rooms be equally fit into this capacity of 30 mtrs x 20mtrs Top and Bottom Floor? Yes all rooms in one building and my personal and private room should be separated from family and then about 5 rooms for my 5 wives and 10 rooms for my adult kids and 5 rooms for the guests and visitors and balcony goes round the house and open veranda. The basement can be concrete and brick walling or something similar. Link me to your local designers, I also want 2 floors with, 800 sqm and you can call me back on WhatsApp Design fee 500-800 usd.
