We are looking hospital design team to develop a 250 bed specialist hospital in Ghana. This is a green field project. Share built up areas in phase I for all components 1. Hospital 34000SQM 2. ⁠Academic block 7,500SQM 3. ⁠Hostels 25000SQM 4. ⁠Hotel 5000SQM 5. ⁠Shopping complex 2500SQM 6. ⁠Research center 3200SQM 250 Bedded Multi Specialty Hospital and Medical College (Hereinafter Hospital) in Accra over 10 Acres of land parcel. The hospital has been proposed to be state-of-the-art hospital with ultramodern critical care units, modular procedures rooms and high-end private rooms as per JCI & local statutory norms.
