Do you do the design for a modern house in Port Elizabeth south africa. May you kindly share some design cases of you double storey houses. the land is 811m2, will use half of land to build house. Let's say 4 to five beds. 1.Three with ensuites. 2.The main bedroom with a fire place. 3.The main loungue also with a fire place. 4.Open plan 5.Two lock up garage 6.Sports area eg Gym,spooker table,etc. 7.Swimming pool 9.Modern design 10.Bar area 11.And any other additives you see fit. Double storey house. Your designs matter most on the area to be covered. noted: Thee bedrooms upstairs. -If possible a small office. -Main bedroom with a kitchen area. -Three upstairs bedrooms should have clear glass ensuites.
