Design Description:
need design for Commercial residential and creative use space building, It shall be one building with the main entry at the 100 seater hall..... with a recording booth studio at the end of the hall...... next to the store for equipment and then my office which will be adjusent to a modern kitchen. A stair case or ascending ramp shall be incorporated to the upper wooden floor leading to five self contained rooms each having three double decker beds. (The beds can be dismantled ). I don't know how much it shall design cost but my finances are ok.......my vision was an environmental friendly cost effective building.......I have lots of eucalyptus and bamboo trees that I planted eight years ago and I plan to use iron sheets for the outer walls with a form insulation and finishing with vanished bamboo. All roof shall be solar covered. I already have a borehole.
