Design Description:
i have got an area of 18 x 25meters and i wanted to build a residential building and four self compartment, Taking half the land for building, 2 floors will be 450sqm I prefer to be in the same building. It will be quite small but suppose to be standard, Internationally standardized 2 unit upstairs and 2 unit downstairs, If possible self on toilet but shared in laundry. Maybe 2 apartment per laundry. I prefer the building material to be brick cement, Maybe roofing can different material Design fee 450-900 usd.
