I own a 2&1/2 acre land in Kilifi county. I'd like a 6 bedroom 7 bathrooms villa with an underground entertainments area, an ample parking and garden space, a prayers space outsidel. A foyer, a sunken sitting room, a conference room, closed kitchen area. A medium sized wine cellar in the conference room and an office space. Outside kitchen, sitting lounge and a playground for the kids Make the house around 600sqm. 3floors. Plus underground. Also flat roof not covered roof. Open roof. Also I need it to have two major gates. Like after gate one there's some games courts like tennis & basketball. Then after gate 2 is where the main house will be with every other thing.
