Design Description:
The house should be a three bedroom house with all bedrooms ensuite and space for a common bathroom for the guests. A small office space. 1. The entry patio; I want a customised shoe rack with hangers at the entry way. The door should a solid door. 2. The living room should have a high ceiling with a skylight for good lighting, the room should feel homey with warm colours. Have a statement piece/ painting on the wall. The focal wall is where I'd mount the 60" TV with a sound bar and an electric fire place. The room has wall scones and a lamp stand on one corner, no gypsum ceiling, central lighting for the room. An L-shaped chair. 3. A dining area to fit 6 chairs, have a statement piece on the wall. To get to the dining area from the living room, I'd want it to have a step up stair to enter the other room. 4. Bar area, have at least three bar stools. Have storage space either on the side wall or under the table top counter. 5. The kitchen should be open plan. Have enough cabinet and counter space and maximise on the space. Have space for an in built 60x60 cooker, microwave, oven and a fridge. Have a pantry. Have a connecting door that leads to the wash area. 6. Have space for the solar inverter for electricity in the wash area. The wash area should have space for a top load washing machine, space to clean, iron and hang clothes. 7. The bedrooms should be large enough to fit a 5x6 bed with two side drawers on each side. Adequate closet space catering to both hanging and folded clothes. 8. Have a pathway created all around the house, along the wall. Have wall scones on the walls outside that are waterproof and rust proof. 9. The backyard of the house should have a high tower for a 300l water tank. A small but manageable kitchen garden. 10. Have a high perimeter wall all round the building for safety. 11. Have a pergola on the roof of the home where we can relax and catch some sunlight. 12. I want a green garden and landscaping done all around the perimeter wall, parking space for two vehicles. The theme is modern with a homey vibes. Colours are black, white, gold and browns. General Layout Plot size: ¼ acre (approx. 100ft x 100ft) Taking 200 sqm for the house, 100 sqm for the garden I want a three bedroom bungalow all en suite with a flat roof that has a pergola (stairs should be outside), a separate home office and a front entry and foyer. House and perimeter fence to be built using precast panels on a 1/4 acre land. The property should be able to have space for a home garden, outside kitchen, lavatory and water tower. The home should be running on solar power. The living room should have a skylight, there is a step to separate the dining.
