I have the 1 acres land and now want to build a 3 storey vila. FULL DESIGN CONCEPT – 6 BEDROOM, 3 FLOORS GROUND FLOOR (Public & Guest Spaces) Goal: Open, luxurious, free-flowing spaces with easy access to outdoor relaxation areas. 1. Main Living Room Double-volume option for a grand feel Large sliding glass doors opening toward the verandah Positioned centrally for connection to dining and kitchen 2. Kitchen + Island Large island with breakfast seating Direct connection to the dining area Modern open-plan design Access door to: store + laundry room 3.
