I need help in modernizing and redesigning of my apartment project plan,include exterior design and we need add more 3 floors,to 10 floors in total And i got the drawings with 6 floors+terrance floor,(u can check it on attachment ) 1.I own 1 acre of land designated for development. 2.I am planning to construct a 10-storey ultra-modern glass apartment building with an underground parking facility. The building will include a total of 41 residential units: o25 units of 3-bedroom apartments o16 units of 1-bedroom + parlor apartments 3.apartment should run from ground floor all the way to the 9th floor. Then office space at the 10th floor and after that the roof top garden. 4.I require architectural schematic design immediately. The building style must be ultra-modern with extensive glass faade elements. 5.The design budget is negotiable, and overall project financials can be discussed. 6.I intend to begin construction as soon as possible. The apartment space should be big, big rooms especially the master room, spacious living room as well. For all the listed features of the 3 bedrooms 1. a living room, 2. dinning, 3. guest toilet, 4. master bedroom with a walking closet and jacuzzi bathroom. 5. The other two rooms should also be big enough to have a bathtub. 6. Kitchen, Kitchen store 7. Laundry room. SINGLE ROOM FEATURES 1. Living room 2. Guest toilet 3. Kitchen 4. Room 5. Jacuzzi bathroom 6. Kitchen Store I want the design to be a T-shaped layout.
